A Friend In Trouble...

Honestly, I'm not too sure who all reads xanga much anymore, with facebook, and twitter, and all of those new sites, and I have to admit, Xanga isn't very high on my list of things to do anymore...but I have a special prayer request... On Tuesday night my friend Micah who I worked at camp (He was a lifeguard.) with this past summer got into a pretty serious accident (more details at http://articles.lancasteronline.com/local/4/236053) and he's hanging on for dear life right now. The craziest part of all of this to me is that I just ran into him this past Friday, and he was alive, and well, and he introduced me to his cute girlfriend, and they just both looked so happy. It just seems so surreal to me, all of it, how crazy it is that you can be alive, and well, and totally full of life, and then, wham! your hanging on for dear life.

Arbituary...

So this past Saturday I got the chance to hang out with my dear camp friend, Allyssa... She's a pretty sweet girl, and we walked around Central Market in Lancaster, and that surrounding area, and tried on silly clothes in the shops, and probably laughed the entire time!! haha!

Also recently, I graduated from a CNA class! :)

About two weeks ago or so part of our feild caught on fire, and a lot of grass burned, and when I was taking pictures of the aftermath, the small boys saw me and wanted me to take their picture as well...

ugh....I absolutly hate that message...I had a nice xanga post to share with you guys, when out of the blue that stupid box pops up with the above message...just my luck.

It seems like time has not passed since my last xanga post, but I realize that it has been almost a month since I have updated.Life is slowly changing all the time, that sometimes I fail to realize it...Since I have updated last, we have gotten a new president, Barak Obama... Now instead of reading about Bush in the newspaper I read headlines about Obama's foreign policy, or Obama's cabnet, or his daughters with the jonas brothers (a disney band along with Hannah Montana) and I have to say that it really is still hard to adjust to that. I am used to reading about another man, and the things he chose to do...It's sort of like reading a novel, and all of a sudden your main character changes. I just hope that this character change is for the better...

Anyhow, before I go on with my mumbling, I thought I would share my pictures with you...Because I know so many of you fail to read the post, and only look at the pictures... (or um, atleast I know I do)
